RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At The Perfect Fragrance, every order is carefully curated and inspected before reaching you. We are committed to offering a curated selection of fragrances under the highest quality standards. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless the conditions below are met.

Return Eligibility Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened, sealed, and in original condition
  • In original packaging, without any damage
  • Unused and unaltered

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened fragrances are strictly non-returnable.

Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@theperfectfragrance.com

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Customer Responsibility Any damage caused by the customer — including mishandling, drops, exposure to unsuitable conditions, or alteration of the product or packaging — will void any eligibility for return, refund, or exchange.

Inspection Policy All returned items are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our standards.

  • Await authorization before sending any item
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Sale Items All discounted or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return.
